Taking part

“The more people who come forward to participate, the greater the body of knowledge there will be to improve diagnoses and patient care in the future”.

Professor Sue Hill, Chief Scientific Officer

We need patients and families from the East of England to consent to get involved in the 100,000 Genomes Project.

At the current time, we are looking for NHS patients who have certain rare diseases, plus their families. Also patients with some cancers may take part.

If you have a rare disease or have recently been diagnosed with cancer, your hospital doctor and clinical care team will be happy to speak to you about the Project.
